Below you’ll find everything you need to know about shipping, returns, and general FAQs to make your shopping experience smooth and easy.


Shipping

Most UK orders are shipped within 24 hours from our London flagship store. Once your order has shipped, delivery estimates are shown below.

Shipping times may vary, but we work hard to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Orders are shipped Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays. During busy promotions or holiday periods, please allow extra processing time.

For next-day delivery, please place your order before 12 noon on the previous working day. Orders placed after 12 noon on Fridays will be delivered the following Tuesday.

If you require delivery outside our current regions, please contact our Client Services team at chat@miramikati.com 

Please note:

  • We cannot deliver to P.O boxes
  • The final checkout price includes customs, duties, and taxes. No additional charges will be applied upon delivery
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance processes

Returns

If you wish to return your order, please use to the returns portal to generate a shipping label. 

 

Please note:

  • We do not offer free returns. The return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

  • Taxes and duties paid to local customs are non-refundable.

  • Non-UK return label costs may vary. Contact chat@miramikati.com for details.

All returned items must be:

  • In perfect condition

  • Unworn and unwashed

  • With tags and seals still attached

  • In their original packaging

Refunds are credited to the original payment method once items pass our quality check.

If you are based in the EU, you are entitled to cancel your order under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 (ICACRs). This must be done within 14 days of receipt, with written notice provided.

Important: MY LALA LAND LTD T/A Mira Mikati monitors returns to identify potential misuse and reserves the right to refuse service.

Your item will receive a quality check before your return is authorised in order to ensure it can be accepted. Your refund will be credited to the same credit card used to make the purchase.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your good(s), please let us know in an email to chat@miramikati.com and include your name, order number, the item you wish to exchange, new size and/or colour you would like, and collection address. We only accept exchanges for like items in a different size and/or colour. All returns and exchanges must be unwashed, unworn and have their original tags and labels.

Your refund will be credited to the same form of payment from where the purchase was made. Please note that in case of a written notice and proof of a return to MY LALA LAND LTD T/A Mira Mikati within 14 days upon arrival, we will issue a refund within 14 days. In case we have not received a written proof of a return, we allow 30 days to issue a refund.

FAQs

Shipping to a different address

Yes, when paying with a credit card, you may ship to a different address than your billing address.

How do I know which size will fit me best?

Our Size & Fit details serve as a general guide. Our model typically wears a size 38, and most silhouettes are slightly oversized (this may vary). For specific measurements and questions, email chat@miramikati.com.

Can I change or cancel my order?

You may cancel within 14 days of receiving your order for a full refund (excluding shipping). Orders are processed quickly, so please contact chat@miramikati.com immediately with your order number if you need to cancel. If the order has already shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours.

What if my order arrives damaged?

If your package is lost in transit, please contact chat@miramikati.com. Once delivered to the correct address, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

What if my package is lost?

If your package has been lost in transit, please reach out to Customer Service right away. After an order has been delivered to the correct shipping address, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages. 

What does Final Sale mean?

Items marked Final Sale are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged. Please contact chat@miramikati.com with any sizing or product questions before purchasing Final Sale items.

What if a Final Sale item I ordered arrived damaged?

Report any damage within 7 days of receipt. Manufacturing faults within 12 months will also be reviewed.

Something I ordered is now on sale. Will you match the new price?

No, we do not offer price adjustments on reduced-price items.

How do I care for my Mira Mikati items?

Each garment includes a care label with specific instructions. Please follow these carefully to maintain the quality of your items.
